Mix last 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir sugar mix into cooled cider.
Halve, core, and peel apples.
Slice and add to sugar/cider mix.
Spoon into pastry lined pie pan.
Sprinkle top crust with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes on a cookie sheet then lower temp to 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
